Why on earth would someone want to buy jeans that are made to look like you peed your pants?

I found this ad and laughed. And laughed. And laughed…until I started crying.

I know the answer to the question: Why on earth would someone want to buy jeans that are made to look like you peed your pants?

Why? because I resemble that remark.

At work, in the grocery store, in the kitchen, at the ballpark, in my car…

Yep, incontinence is awful. The worst part is that I rarely know when it will happen. I am always on the lookout for remedies, so when I saw this last night, I had to chime in.

There are SO MANY incontinence products in the market. Pads, pills, essential oils, kegel exercises, Botox (This actually comes highly recommended by fellow Warriors.), self cath.

What is incontinence, besides my worst nightmare?

Urinary incontinence

Urinary incontinence is the loss of bladder control. The two most common types of urinary incontinence that affect women are stress incontinence and urge incontinence also called overactive bladder. Incontinence affects twice as many women as men. This may be because pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause may make urinary incontinence more likely. Urinary incontinence is not a normal part of aging, and it can be treated.

After an informative conversation with a fellow MS superhero, I plan to explore the possibility of bladder Botox. Or maybe I’ll just purchase Wet Look Denim and claim the great wide open as my personal lavatory.
